Reverse: SVMMVS SACERDOS AVG (translation: High Priest Emperor), Emperor sacrificing over altar, holding patera and branch, star in left field.
The reverse type alludes to the procession of the sacred stone of Elagabalus and the identification of Elagabalus as his priest.
