Obverse: JULIA AVGVSTA, draped bust right with hair braided in waves and tucked into a large chignon.
Reverse: SAECVLI FELICITAS, Isis wearing peaked head-dress, standing right with left foot on ship prow, suckling infant Horus at her breast, to left altar against which rests a rudder.
Isis is the ancient Egyptian goddess of magic, fertility and motherhood, and death, healing and rebirth. She is the first daughter of Geb (the god of the Earth) and Nut (the goddess of the sky) born on the first day of the first years of creation.
