Struck at the Zacatecas (MInt mark Zs) mint.
Variety with dot between 8R and Zs fully touching the Z.
Certified by NGC to MS 62, Population Census: 6 coins, only 4 higher (one MS63, three MS64).
DP Zs15, "Available through Very Fine and often Extremely Fine and Almost Uncirculated. Uncirculated specimens are very scarce. This is the worst year for planchet crudeness and porosity. Even high grade examples look terrible."
Very lustrous & reflective surfaces, no toning.
