Struck for Czarina Catherine the Great at the St. Petersburg Mint (mint mark CPB) during the first year of the American Revolution.
Certified by NGC to XF 45.
Appears to be very conservatively graded.
Superb portrait of the last Czarina to rule Russia.
Light colorful toning with underlying luster, very nice in hand!
